Finding your center, and finding your balance around the holidays, (or
anytime) is about finding your center point of LOVE. It’s not only
what you are made of, it’s literally who you are. Your personality,
your ego, your belief systems….those are a part of you too, but the
real you, the truth of who you are is LOVE. When you focus through
this point….the world becomes yours.
Does that seem too simplistic? Do you feel more comfortable taking a
personality test about who you are? This is all valid…and all very
good.
It’s important to honor the structure that is “you”, and support it.
Your mind, your brain…your personality….your body, all if it. As
you honor the physical, you ARE honoring your spirit. There is no
separation.
That’s the point that we all want to get to isn’t it? A place of no
separation. A place of ONE-ness of with the Universe, God, and each
other. As you perceive yourself as separate pieces, you create
separation. You must strive to see your wholeness.
Being conscious, you are able to create your day, to connect with
love, to stop, go within and access a deeper awareness about reality,
your purpose, your journey. You are able to make choices about your
actions, your thoughts, and your emotions and choose alignment!
From here you create your holiday 
Consciously Create Your Holiday Through Love
So let’s talk about “the how”….what a path to “action” that would
allow you to connect with LOVE… to create, attract, and most
importantly live and experience life (the holidays!) the way you want
it?
1. Choose to see “what is”. Make no attachments and judgments.
Assume you know nothing. Release judgments of others and see with
innocent perception, through the eyes of a child. This, is love.
What might this alone bring to your holiday?
2. Spend time with YOU each and every day. This is important 365
days of the year. Are you making time to honor yourself? To connect
with Source? Are you taking a break when you need to and honoring the
call from within? This….is love.
3. Remember what this time of year means to YOU, and remember that
every moment is sacred. This, is love!
4. Create your day…and create your holiday. Remember LOA is
working for you all of the time. It has no emotional connection to
you, it just is. It responds to your love, your joy, and your
fears…appreciate your surroundings, your family, and your chaos if
you have it. Make light of it, be light, and know this too…is love.
5. On that note…choose to love yourself, love others, and locate
the point of love within yourself. Look for it, you will find it. Do
I need say it? It’s love baby.
6. Respect yourself and others. Be allowing of them - even when they
are not allowing of you. This is love…and comes from the depths of
your being!
7. Forgive. What better time to express LOVE?
8. Do something kind for someone else….ever heard of The Butterfly
Effect? It’s love in action…
Think about who you want to BE. Think about who it is you know you
are. You are love. You aspire to be love because you are love.
Compassion unlocks the door to love… Embrace this and watch your
holiday unfold to the be best experience ever.
