  We all blame others or external things or events. The lower of degree that you blame the more success that you will have. Blame is the biggest paralyzer of success. What story are you telling yourself? Why aren’t you as successful as you want to be yet? (This answer is the first step in the path to success) start Looking at obstacles as necessary steps to get you where you need to go.

Successful people see obstacles as necessary steps to overcome.

Do you blame or take responsibility and take action?

* Study and model success - The easiest way to get a desired result is to
study someone who already has the result you want and implement the same
tactics to get similar or better results.

* Expose yourself to what works - If you are not learning everyday - your
competition is. This information is essential to success (unless you are like
most internet marketers who already know everything) How much time are you
spending studying success?

* Take Action - Nothing happens unless you personally make it happen - every
day. Do you take action or are you B.T.N.A (big talk, no action)

* Make mistakes - You are not making progress unless you are making new
mistakes. Don’t think of them as mistakes think of them as opportunities to
learn what not to do and to plug another hole in the system, making you more
efficient and stronger. How willing are you to make mistakes?

* Be willing to take calculated risks - This is the most important factor. No
risk, no reward. This is the biggest understatement in the business world.
Taking chances is a common trait among every successful business person. The
real reason people won’t risk is because they know they lack the preparation
and education that creates self confidence and self belief to take a chance.
Risk is in direct proportion with success. If you want to succeed you better be
willing to risk whatever it takes to get there. How willing are you to risk?

* Keep your eyes on the prize - stay focused, you will get off track, but what
is important is that you get back on track as soon as possible until you reach
your destination.

* Why do you want success? - It is very important that you identify “why” you
want success. Why are you in this business? To make more money? FALSE! The
better
(and more truthful) answer is what your money will buy you. Who you will help
with your money. That’s your real why. Determining the real reason you want to
grow your internet business will allow you to do it with a purpose - a mission.
The “why” will help you get the dedication and self-discipline that is required
to become successful.

This is VERY IMPORTANT.. As I look back and analyze what drove me to be
sucessfull
It was NOT because I wanted to be a millionaire.

My reason why was because our daughter was born when I was 16 years old and that moment changed my life forever and created my reason WHY.

I made a decision in my life that I would do what ever it takes to make sure
that I was able to raise her in the best neighborhoods, put her in the best schools,
and NEVER be broke to provide for my family.

This love for my family is what drove me to success because I used it as fuel,
to over come fear and make this priority whenever I had to make tough decisions,
like leaving my job to persue starting a business and making more money to
provide for my family.

You see most of the time we can get paralyzed by fear, the unknown, or simply
taking a chance and we never get a chance to see what we are capable of.

I never in my wildest dreams tought I could accomplish what I have, but I
listened to my heart and my reason WHY.

Write down your why in few words (Example: “I want my kids to live and go to
school in the best neighborhood) and then place them in “3×5″ cards in
strategic locations like:

” Next to your computer monitor

” Your bathroom mirror

” The dashboard of your car

” The wall on your office (where you can see it)

” In your wallet (near your money)

You may have more than one “why” - for best results write them all.

* Stick with it until you win - Most people fail because they give up to soon.
And what is sad is that they give up when they were just inches from hitting a
breakthrough. In the middle of the Forrest when you look back or frontwards all
you see is trees because you are in the “middle”. Don’t quit right before
reaching the score line. Do whatever it takes to score. How many projects do
you abandon before they are completed?

* The biggest “secret” - The reason it is still considered a secret is because
the reality is there are very few people who are willing to take a chance and
put the required effort to get them from where they are to where they want to
get. Most make excuses, blame, or quit before getting there. The biggest secret
(and biggest obstacle) to success is you. The formula is there for everyone to
know - BUT, there is a BIG difference between knowing what to do, and actually
doing it.
* Invest your time in things that will help you succeed. How many hours a day do
you waste in “non-success” areas? Time wasters like surfing the internet,
checking emails, watching TV? What could you achieve if you took half that time
and invested it in studying about your biggest obstacles or business
opportunities? One hour a day will make you a world class expert in 5 years on
any subject. Or you can take the same hour and become a world class expert in
re-runs of “Friends” the choice is yours.
